Take the lead on site – coordinating crews, managing timelines, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilties

Oversee projects from planning through completion

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members

Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials effectively

Monitor budgets and maintain cost control

Oversee daily site operations for safety, quality, and efficiency

Conduct site inspections to track progress and compliance

Communicate project updates to the Operating Manager

Identify risks and implement practical solutions on site
Qualifications
-
4+ years of project management experience in construction or excavation
-
Strong understanding of site work, equipment, and safety practices
-
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
-
Confident communicator with clients and crews
-
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
-
Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
-
Relevant education or equivalent experience in construction/engineering
-
Safety certifications or PMP designation considered an asset
