4+ years of project management experience in construction or excavation

Strong understanding of site work, equipment, and safety practices

Proven leadership and team coordination skills

Confident communicator with clients and crews

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once

Relevant education or equivalent experience in construction/engineering

Safety certifications or PMP designation considered an asset
