Responsibilties

Assist with site prep, including clearing debris and setting up equipment

Support daily site operations alongside crew and operators
-
Follow instructions from team leads to complete tasks efficiently

Perform basic surveying support and site measurements as needed

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Follow all safety procedures to support a safe job site
Qualifications

Physically capable of lifting, digging, and sustained outdoor work
-
Comfortable working in all weather conditions and environments
-
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
-
Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures

Good communication skills on active job sites
-
Construction or labour experience is an asset (willingness to learn required)
